President John Pecic encourages community participation.

John Pecic gave the President's Report discussing home sales, the landscaping situation with the new contractor and the summer's drought, community maintenance, and the need for continued maintenance by individual homeowners. Zina Raye spoke on the continuing process with Virginia Paving, and a new initiative regarding the idling diesels of the Norfolk Southern.

One (1) homeowner was elected to the Board of Directors: Barry Spencer. The election is to a 3-year term.

The success of the Association is based on the active participation of all members, and serving on the Board allows an owner to be more directly involved in the decision making process. Please join us at the first meeting of the new Board in the club house on Monday, October 8 at seven o'clock.
