Pigeon infestation a problem

The Board at its regular meeting November 12, 2001, reported pigeon infestation in homes along the southern perimeter of our community along Eisenhower Avenue. The President of the Board reminds everyone that now that over 3 years has passed since most of our homes were built, it is time to look over the exterior to see if there is any need for repair. Pigeons can cause health problems, so their presence must be mitigated quickly. Please take this opportunity to see whether your home could benefit from repair to keep up its value.
